STORY
With a rich 25-year history, Maya's Pizza is a proud family-run pizza truck. It all started in the early 2000s when two brothers and a close friend turned a tiny location into a well-liked Chicago mainstay. Driven by passion and constructed by minorities, that small store has grown to be a city favorite. Why is our pizza so special? Using the same tried-and-true recipes that we have refined over the years, we make everything in-house, from the dough and sauce to our signature cheese blend. This is real pizza made with love, no shortcuts.
